What’s New?
Recruiters can resend welcome emails
Summary: When a user is signed up for Credexa by a recruiter, it’s possible they’ll miss the welcome email. The recruiter can now manually trigger the email to be sent again using the candidate’s profile. Once the candidate has signed up and created a password, the recruiter will see that they have claimed their account.
Users can crop or replace Profile Images
Summary: All users can now edit their existing profile image to re-crop or replace it, rather than requiring users to upload a new profile photo each time. Additionally, we’ve changed the edit icon to be located on the image itself for ease of use.
Email Hyperlinks now route to specific Credexa locations
Summary: All hyperlinks delivered in email notifications will now route users to the location within Credexa that requires their attention. When an email references a specific candidate or requirement that needs attention, the hyperlink will now direct the user to that specific object as opposed to the general login or home page.
Search Bar Shows 3 most recently searched users
Summary: When a user searches for one or multiple candidates within Credexa, the application will save these results. When you click into the search bar, it will display up to 3 recently searched results to expedite repeated searches. The order of recent searches will continuously update, and reset when the user logs out.
Saving Adjustments to columns within data tables
Summary: When a user expands or shrinks a column size within a table, the system will save this selection for as long as the user session lasts to prevent duplicate work. Logging out will reset the selection and end the session.
Bug Fixes
Confirmation when a user changes notification settings
Summary: When any user updates their notification settings, Credexa will now display a confirmation message. This was previously absent, and it was sometimes unclear whether the selected changes had been applied.
YSH Files are no longer marked unread when Candidate submits them
Summary: When a candidate selects the checkbox indicating that they have completed their YSH files, it was previously marking all YSH requirements as unread. Now it marks them as ready for review by the recruiter, but does not indicate that they are unread.
Core Mandatories Checkbox no longer appearing on License Verification
Summary: When a candidate checked the Core Mandatories requirement, the criteria for this requirement was occasionally appearing in the License Verification requirement. This has been corrected.
Enhancements
Password instructions and error messages are more specific
Summary: When a user is creating or updating a password, we have improved the error message to highlight which requirements have or have not been met by the entered password. This will inform the user precisely what must be changed rather than displaying a single general error message.
Updates to Requirements on NCT Activation Checklist
Summary: For OIG and SAM requirements contained on the NCT activation checklist, the Expiration Date criteria has been removed per Amy’s request. Additionally, we have removed the Nursys verification report as an individual requirement on the Activation Checklist.
Future Dates for key fields are restricted
Summary: For all fields requiring a future date, the system will restrict the user’s ability to input dates from before the current date. Examples of such fields include a user’s Date of Birth, the expiration date for a requirement (as they approve an expired credential), and license issue dates.
