What’s New?
Filtering Capabilities added to Candidate, Associate & Requirement Tables
Summary: All key data tables now contain a filtering capability. This will allow you to apply one or many filters to a data table by clicking the ellipsis button on the column of a data table. Multiple filters may be applied at once to narrow results, and Credexa will remember what filter you have selected even if you leave the page. Just don’t forget to clear them when you’re done!
New Quick filter for Rejected Requirements
Summary: Recruiters will now see a “Rejected” quick filter on the requirements list view. This filter will allow you to quickly locate rejected requirements on a candidate’s profile.
Exam & Skills Checklist Requirements now use standardized naming
Summary: All Exam and Skills checklist requirements will now begin with “Exam” or “Skills” as the name of the requirement. This ensures that they always appear in the same location on the requirement list, rather than depending on the name of the role.
Bug Fixes
Sign Up Email Error & Invisible Candidates
Summary: Candidates were occasionally not receiving the welcome email via the Sign Up workflow, or were not appearing in the recruiter pipeline due to inconsistent email verification. Both of these bugs have been patched, and candidates will no longer encounter registration issues.
Searching from Requirement Viewer causes breadcrumb error
Summary: When a user searched for a candidate while within the requirement viewer, the breadcrumbs created a confusing path between candidate profiles. Now the breadcrumbs are exclusive to the candidate you are currently viewing.
Add Pathways button occasionally not appearing to recruiters
Summary: The Add Pathways button was sporadically failing to display to recruiters when entering a candidate’s profile. This bug has been resolved, and the add pathways button will now appear instantly in all cases.
Rx Disclosure not matching in Bulk Import
Summary: In the previous release we updated the Rx Agreement to be “Rx Disclosure.” We’ve updated the bulk import function to reflect this match so it will now match on the Bulk Import action.
Enhancements
Bulk Import marks all uploaded requirements as “Read”
Summary: When the recruiter uploads YouSignHere files via the bulk import function, Credexa will no longer mark all these requirements as “Unread.” These will all be marked as read and the status will be “Ready for NCT.”
Refreshing Requirement Viewer keeps you on the same requirement
Summary: When viewing a requirement, refreshing the page will keep the user located on the same requirement.
Pathways displayed in Alphabetical Order
Summary: Pathways now appear in descending alphabetical order on the candidate’s profile. This is a change from the most recently added pathway appearing at the top of the table.
Confirmation to Resubmit to NCT appearing when needed
Summary: The confirmation for recruiters when submitting a candidate to NCT will not appear if all requirements are approved EXCEPT the activation checklist. This will only apply when a candidate has been kicked back by the NCT.
COVID-19 Questionnaire Requirement Removed
Summary: This YouSignHere requirement is no longer in use and has been removed from all pathways.
Sign Up Page will no longer allow blank input
Summary: The Sign Up page will now validate that required fields contain some form of text, as opposed to allowing users to input blank spaces in any of the name fields.
