What’s New?
Updated Candidate Sign Up Flow using Email Verification Code
Summary: Candidates will not be given a one time code via email to verify their email and create a password. We’ve also implemented a workflow such that a candidate can resend a verification code, or if they sign up again, the system will avoid creating a duplicate account.
Candidates remain on current pathway when refreshing webpage
Summary: The selected pathway remains consistent for candidates when they refresh their webpage.
Hyperlinks now route to specific pages within Credexa
Summary: The URL of Credexa has been updated to land on individual requirements, tabs, and pages within the application. This will allow a user opening a link to land on the exact page when directed by another Fast Co User.
Bug Fixes
Activated Associates no longer appearing in Candidates Page
Summary: Some active associates were appearing in the candidates table when they updated expired credentials, or submitted new evidence. This logic has been updated such that associates cannot appear as candidates again.
Candidates with long names appear correctly throughout application
Summary: Candidates with very long names were causing the notes section to encounter formatting issues. This has been resolved, and the candidate’s name will adjust to the modal.
Enhancements
Email for Requirement Rejection now contains Recruiter’s Note
Summary: When a recruiter rejects a requirement, the email that is automatically sent to the candidate will now contain the note left by the recruiter in the body of the email. This should reduce the confusion and additional reach out by candidates about what to do next.
Expiration Date has been reinstated for Skills Checklists
Summary: We’ve reinstated the expiration date field for all skills checklist requirements so that it can be tracked in Credexa once again.
Hepatitis B Criteria updated to be a checkbox
Summary: The selection criteria for the Hepatitis B YSH document has been updated to be a binary checkbox rather than identifying the selected option on the document.
All DHS requirements now included in a single pathway
Summary: All DHS requirements have been moved to a single pathway for “Oregon LTC” in Eugene and Tualatin offices.
Express Logo is a Home Button
Summary: The Express healthcare logo located in the top left corner of the application is now a home button. Clicking this will take the user to their default home page.
Back Button added to Forgot Password flow
Summary: We’ve added a back button on the “Forgot Password” flow so that if a user clicks this by accident, they can return to the login page.
