What's New?
Turn Email Notifications On & Off
Summary: Recruiters & NCT users have a new tab on their profile page called ‘notification settings. Here, all the notifications that Credexa sends to each user based on their role are visible. You may toggle each notification between “off” and “email” and save your selection.
Government ID Requirement
Summary: A new requirement for Government ID has been added for all offices, allowing candidates to submit a form of government ID. This requirement is not mandatory for activation, but all candidates will see this requirement when assigned their hiring documents.
Candidate Address Field added to Sign Up & Profile
Summary: An optional field has been added to the sign up page so that candidates can provide their home address. This will also appear on the candidate’s profile page, and can be input/edited by recruiters and NCT users if they don’t provide it upon sign up, or it needs to be updated.
New Tab for Incomplete (previously archived) Candidates
Summary: All candidates that are marked as incomplete will now appear on a new tab in the recruiter’s dashboard named “Incomplete.” Now recruiters can locate incomplete candidates that they may want to reengage with, or simply to see how many candidates have stopped during the credentialing process.
Denver Office now active on Credexa
Summary: The Denver, CO office has joined us on the Credexa application! The NCT users will now see submissions of candidates from the Denver office for activation.
Bug Fixes
Filters with over 99 entries updated
Summary: Filters were previously capped at showing a value of 99+ when there were 100 or more records in a table. We have updated all filters to show the exact number of records that exist under a given filter.
Sign Up button being cut off on certain mobile phones
Summary: On older models of mobile phones, particularly ones that were smaller, there were some cases where the sign up button was cropped out of the visible portion of a browser window. We have updated this to accommodate all phone models.
Search Results formatting issue for long emails/names
Summary: In cases where a candidate had a very long name, or multiple last names, the search results were not properly adjusting to this format, moving beyond the boundaries of the search window. Now, when a user has a long name or email, the text will wrap in the search window.
Duplicate Pathways on a Candidate’s Profile
Summary: When adding a pathway to a candidate’s profile, there was a UI bug that allowed recruiters to add the same pathway twice, and this action could not be reversed. We’ve implemented a fix to prevent this from recurring, and also cleaned up existing accounts that contain a duplicate pathway.
Enhancements
Updated Statuses for Candidates & Associates
Summary: We’ve updated the statuses for candidates and associates. “Archived” has been changed to “Incomplete” for candidates. Associates can now be marked as inactive, as well as do not book, do not rehire, and terminated.
Candidate/Associate Status is now Permanently on Profile
Summary: The status of a candidate/associate is now permanently present on their profile page, and can be edited from this page as well. This will allow recruiters/NCT users to update statuses without needing to go to the list view.
Incomplete Candidates can submit documents and become Active again
Summary: When a candidate is marked “Incomplete,” they are automatically removed from the Incomplete status when they provide a new submission to a requirement. This is to ensure that candidates that previously disengaged, but reengaged later on are not missed by recruiters.
Email Verification Required for Registration
Summary: Email verification is now required when creating an account for all user types. This will ensure that no candidates are signing up with email accounts that they do not possess, and are also receiving all necessary email communications from Credexa.
NCT Only Requirements are in their own Pathway
Summary: All requirements that are part of the NCT final checklist have been relocated to their own pathway called “Activation Checklist.” These requirements are no longer contained in the core pathway, and the NCT can add them when they are ready to activate an associate as the final step. This will eliminate the need to perform duplicate verifications in the case of Kick Backs.
YSH: COVID Staff Info Sheet Removed for all Offices
Summary: This requirement has been discontinued, and has been removed from the YouSignHere document requirement list for all offices.
YSH: Rx Agreement now titled “YSH: Rx Disclosure”
Summary: Rx Agreement has been updated to match the revised YouSignHere documentation. The “Witness” criteria has been removed from the requirement, and it has been renamed to “Rx Disclosure.”
Oregon LTC Pathways have been Consolidated
Summary: For Oregon offices, there were previously 2 different options for state-specific LTC pathways. This has now been consolidated into a single pathway that will apply to all LTC positions in Oregon titled “Oregon DHS LTC.”
