Disclaimer: Archiving a Candidate’s Profile will move them out of the Dashboard view but their profile is still searchable and this does NOT delete their account. The Candidate can still login to this account. Archiving just hides the Candidate’s Profile from the dashboard view.
Here are steps on how to Reactivate a Candidate after Archiving:
First, go to the search bar and look up the Candidate, you are trying to Reactivate, by name. Then, select and view their profile.
On the Candidate’s Profile, Locate and click the drop-down that is labeled with the reason for Archiving.
Note: You can find the drop-down on the upper right side of your screen. Below the assigned Recruiter/NCT labels and above the “Leave a Note” Button
Now, you should see the pop-up, same as before, to edit the status for this Candidate.
_
**NOTE: In this step, you can edit the reason of Archiving instead of changing the status. To do this, you will just select the accurate reason for Archiving and then click “Confirm”. You should receive a notification that indicates the changes were successful. Your options include:
Disengaged: is the case where the Candidate is no longer communicating and/or providing information in order to move forward
Duplicate: in the case when a Candidate creates a duplicate profile, in which you will Archive the Duplicate
Unqualified: in the circumstance where a Candidate just does not have the qualifications for a position and/or for any reason can NOT move forward in the onboarding process with this Candidate
_
Next, change the status from “Archived” to “Active”.
Now, click “Confirm”
You should receive a notification that indicates the change was successful!
Now, the drop-drown on the Candidate’s profile, is no longer apparent. Also, the Candidate is moved back to the onboarding pipeline in the Dashboard View!
