Log into your account and view your dashboard.
Locate and select the desired Candidate then view their profile.
On the Candidate’s profile, a button will be enabled to “Submit For NCT” once you have checked all the Candidate’s Requirements for a Pathway.
When you are ready, click the “Submit For NCT” and the Pathway will be sent to the NCT for review.
The NCT (National Credentialing Team) will review the submission and either flag it for errors then kick it back or will activate the Candidate into an Associate. If the NCT kicks back the Candidate, you will need to review the Candidate’s requirement’s again.
You can check the progress in the “Candidates in Review” tab.
You will also notice when and who is assigned to reviewing the Candidate from the NCT.
