Log into your Account and View your Dashboard
Next, go to the Section your current Candidate is located or look up the Candidate’s profile in the search bar.
View the Candidate’s profile by selecting their name.
Now that you are viewing their profile, you are able to view and verify the submitted documentation in Pathways and Requirements.
*Note: To see all the Requirements of the Candidate, you must make sure you have all the Pathways selected. If only one Pathway is selected, you will only view the Requirements from that selected Pathway.
To verify a document(s), go to “Requirements”.
You will see any new or unread Document(s) that are ready for your viewing. Click “Review” or click on the document title to start reviewing it.
This is where you verify the uploaded document. In this tool, AI can detect any irregularities with the document and provide a confidence rating of accuracy.
For example, if the Candidate’s name is in the document, AI will detect the name and show a Confidence rating of 100%.
If this detection tool happens to be incorrect, you can override it. By selecting the alternative option, you are able to manually type in the information from the document.
Once you have reviewed the document and all the information pass for verification, click Checked.
If the information on the document does NOT pass for verification, click Rejected. You can add any additional notes to the Candidate as to why their document does NOT pass verification.
