Requirements are the documents, or other information, needed, from the Candidate, in order to approve their role assignment.
Where are the Requirements?
Locate the Candidate’s profile by finding it on the main dashboard or looking them up in the search bar.
Select their name and view their profile.
Below the Pathways, you should see the Requirements below it.
To see all the Requirements of the Candidate, you must make sure you have all the Pathways selected. If only one Pathway is selected, you will only view the Requirements from that selected Pathway.
You are able to filter the Requirements. These filters Include:
All: Includes every document/requirement from the selected Pathway(s).
Awaiting Candidate: Show the requirements that are waiting for document upload and document corrections from the Candidate.
Kicked Back: Are the documents that were sent back from the NCT with flagged issues or mistakes.
Verified: Are the documents that have been approved from the NCT and are ready to move forward.
Awaiting NCT: Are the documents that are in review with the NCT.
Checked: Are all the documents that you (as the recruiter) have verified and checked to be passed off to the NCT.
There are also the different fields to help track and organize the Requirements. These fields include:
Name: This is the title of the specific document, or information.
Notes: Indicates if there are notes regarding the document. If there are no notes, it will label the name or information from the document.
Status: Is the current standing of the document, such as Awaiting Candidate which indicates that you are waiting for that document to be uploaded or need document corrections from the Candidate.
Action: Is if the document is uploaded and ready for you to review it.
