Where to find my Processing Candidates?

Log into your Account and View your Dashboard

The main dashboard is where you will see updates and information regarding your Candidate’s Activity.

You can also open the side bar and click on the “Candidates” tab to view the current active Candidates you are assigned to.

There are the 4 Sections in the main Dashboard:

“New” is where the most recent Candidates are submitted and ready to start the process. To start processing a Candidate, click “Assign To Me”.

“My Candidates” is where all your current Candidates, you are managing, are located. This is where new Candidates go once assigned to you or profile is claimed.

“All” is where all Candidates are listed. This includes all new Candidates and all assigned Candidates in progress for your regional office (office pipeline). If Candidates are sent for review to the NCT, they will not show up here, unless they are Kicked Back.

Can’t find my Candidate?

If you are looking for a specific Candidate and can’t find them, you can look them up in the search bar. By typing in the Candidate’s name or email, you can find their profile details and see their progress.
