Associates are Candidates that have finished the onboarding process and are approved to be active for work.

When a Candidate becomes an Associate, you can track the Associate’s requirements and credentials to make sure they stay compliant.

Log into your Account and View your Dashboard

Next, open the side bar and click on the “Associates” Tab. This is where you can view all current Associates and the status.

There are the 3 Sections in this tab:

“All” is where all Associates are listed.

“Nearing Expiration” is where the soon to be expired Associates are located and need attention for renewal.

“Expired” is where the already expired Associates are located and need immediate attention for renewal.

You will notice organized fields to help onboard and track your Associates.

These fields include:

Name: Associate’s name

Notes: Any notes provided

Validation Progress: Is where you see if the your progress on validating the Associate is up to date.

Pathway: Type of role(s) the Associate is taking on.

Status: Is the current standing of the Associate.

Expiry In Days (Only for “Nearing Expiration” lists): Is the amount of days until the Associate goes to expired.

You can filter and organized your Associates based on any of these fields. Just click the arrow next the the field label.
